Originally a gifting brief for GStore shoppers on Black Friday, we knew we could make something more original and playful for loyal Google customers.
What followed was a huge team effort - experimentations through conceptual, digital, product design, games design and even the birth of an original typeface - Hopper Mono.
It manifested as a playable retro-arcade game that captured the humorous side of sale season and for the lucky few it came gifted with a flat-pack, piece-together cardboard mini arcade game playable with any phone.
The game has seen over 3000 players in 90 different countries.
